My school is having a trip to Singapore next week. We will be staying there for 4 days. I have already paid the deposit, which is roughly around 10% of the amount. But I was never really interested in going. I had the money for a week, and only paid on the last day, which was also due to the pressure from my teacher to pay up. And now, a few days later, I am really regretting for paying the deposit. I really dont want to go. My dad says its up to me to decide, but if it was him, he would go. He also says that I have a one week holiday next week, and then when school re-opens, it will be too late, as the trip would be the next day. I told him to call the school, or inform them through e-mail. He doesn’t seem pleased that I am pulling out of going to the trip. But I am very sure, even if I had told him earleir that I didnt want to go, he would have somehow made me pay to go. I just didnt want to speak up, and now I am regretting it! I really have no interest in going. What do i do?
Mmm… I am from Malaysia… And I have been to Singapore before… But its not because I’ve been there or not… Its just that I dont feel like going… I dont think I’ll have a good time… Whats worst is my best friend just left the school… And recently, the teacher accompanying us in this trip, in my point of view, seems to have a problem with me… I dont really know, but it seems like she does not really like me… Maybe she’s just been having bad days, etc. But right now, I am 100% sure that I dont want to go.
I’ll say it one more time, I am from Malaysia, neighbour country of Singapore, and lifestyle over there is like 95% like it is over here in Malaysia.
