I am traveling via Singapore airlines and I have a layover in Singapore airport for 10 hours. Is it possible to go out and visit city? Is there any tour for airlines itself? I have heard about it but I am not sure. Please let me know if you have been in one such tour your self. Thanks.

Skullcandy headphones are some cool headphones i would like to buy for my birthday. They are not available in Brunei and i heard that they might be available in Singapore Airport. If so can someone tell me where i could get it in Singapore airport?
