Most of the Palms Place Reviews on the internet only discuss peoples opinions on how their stay went, but this article should give the reader some additional insight about this luxurious entertainment accommodation that resides a half mile away from the Las Vegas strip.

Out of all the hotel rooms in the world that I have sell to my clients, the Palms Place Hotel and Spa is the most demanded by far. The reason why I receive such high volumes of request for the studios and one bedroom suites is because I can provide my clients with negotiated rates that are given to by hotel vendors all around the world because of my booking track record with them. These premium rates I am able to get can save my clients hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars from what the general public is paying on the hotel websites and other various internet distribution channels. I will discuss a little more about this later, but first I want to dive into the amenities and features of just the hotel room and share my reviews so the reader can understand why this hotel carries so much demand in Sin City.

Contemporary would be the word to describe the 599 hotel rooms and privately owned condos that range from 650 sq.ft studios, 1200 sq.ft. one bedrooms suites, and 1650 sq.ft. two bedroom suites. The studios have a king bed with a queen sofa sleeper, and can sleep up to 4 people. The ceilings are 9 feet high and the floors are made of stylish hardwood. The living room has two 42″ flat screen televisions mounted on the wall.The bathroom is made up of white marble and flooring that comes with a smaller size flat screen television that is implemented into the wall beside the door entry. There is a full gourmet kitchen and a refrigerator that is stocked by the hotel with beverages. Some of the studios have balconies that have a luxurious view of the strip and skyline and others provide mountain views of Las Vegas. You can request this with the hotel upon check in. The two bedroom is simply a combination of the studio and one bedroom suite creating the two bedroom suite of luxurious contemporary surroundings.

These rooms are much bigger in person form what you see on the hotel website. There are 3 vacation rental companies that operate room sales inside the hotel, and I have access to sell their inventory as well. Another reason why I sell a lot of these rooms is because there is so much entertainment that passes through the casino and with the discount hotel rates that I provide, it can kill 2 birds with one stone. People don’t have to go anywhere else especially on holidays like Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend, where popular entertainment acts are performed at all hours through out the casino and resort.

Penthouse B has a panoramic view of over 3,100 feet that comes with it’s own private clear glass pool which glistens upon the Vegas skyline. Sleeping accommodations include a master bedroom with one king bed and and another bedroom with two queens that have Egyptian cotton bedding. The master bedroom comes with a suite bathroom made of white marble that features a bathtub and double vanity. You are provided with a walk-in closet and direct access to a cantilevered spa pool on your balcony. The second bedroom also comes with a suite bathroom and a double vanity. You can gaze upon the LCD flat screen T.V. from inside the jacuzzi tub which creates a feeling of pure relaxation. You have the option to play a nice game of pool in the game room or switching from channel to channel on the 5 flat screen televisions that are scatter mounted to the walls through out this breathtaking accommodation.The flooring is made of hardwood Brazilian ebony and marble flooring throughout the entire floor plans.

Penthouse C has a glorious panoramic view on can view the strip of while walking with Brazilian hardwood and ebony marble flooring through the entire place. The master bedroom has a flat screen television displayed in front of the king bed with Egyptian cotton bedding. There is plenty enough shopping to do in Vegas to fill up your and walk-in closets. There is an attached bathroom suite with a flat screen plasma television as well a canoe tub. The bathroom also has a double vanity with a sliding glass door that is the entrance to the outside balcony. The second bedroom contains a king bed with Egyptian cotton bedding and bathroom with similar features as the master bedroom. The game room is furnished with a pool table with another 42 inch plasma screen on the wall for viewing your favorite sports channel while playing a game cards on the gaming table that seats up to four people. This penthouse has floor to wall ceilings windows in the living room and dining room. Be sure to treat yourself to a gourmet meal using the fully furnished kitchen that has a two-way fireplace.

Only 250 feet larger than the two bedroom suite, Penthouse D is designed by the award winning Yabu Pushelberg firm out of Los Angeles. Known for their contemporary styles, this 1900 sq.ft. penthouse is equipped with stunning views of the Sin City strip. The master bedroom has a king bed with an en suite bathroom that displays a comfortable soaking tub for ones relaxation needs. LCD flat screens are provided along with walk-in closets and the room has direct access to a private balcony that has a cantilevered spa pool. The second bedroom has a king bed and white marble bathroom with a double vanity and jacuzzi tub. The dining area is quite large and where 8 guests can enjoy dinner at the dining table that has double chandeliers displayed form above. The living room includes sofa seats and a recliner chair as well as a glass table. Floor to wall ceiling is included in the entire length of the suite as well as hardwood Brazilian ebony and white marble flooring through out this luxurious living space.

Penthouse E has an open configured luxurious feeling to it. With only 1270 sq.ft. this living space has wonderful views of the Las Vegas mountains. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and provides and en suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and double vanity. There is marble flooring in the bathroom and there is direct access to the cantilevered spa pool on the outside of you private balcony. There are only two 42 inch flat screen televisions and it also comes with a breakfast table for four the over looks the strip. This is a perfect accommodation of the bachelor and anyone who wants to have a smaller taste of advanced super luxury.
